Artist Information
Biography
Bill finished his 1st CD, "A Stingrays' Barb" late 2006. Then reworked the same CD again with different musicians, studio and singers to achieve his smooth sound. In 2008 Bill released his 2nd CD entitled,"Don't Want To Change" utilising his new musicians. His next CD will be ready for release in 2010. Unique songs that are intimate, emotional, and humourous. Over 21 of his recent writings have been recorded and demo'ed by artist out of Nashville. He has received International recognition for much of his work. Influences are Gordon Lightfoot, Dan Hill, Jim Croce, Brian ADams, Bare Naked Ladies, Larry Norman, Bob Dylan and every song he ever listened to twice. Bill lives and writes in a little yellow shack in Muskoka. He grew up in Thistletown, Ontario married and moved to Hamilton, then Flamborough then Muskoka. Bill was fortunate to find a studio and great musicians in Muskoka. His third CD will be released digitally in 2010 and he continues to tour many venues throughout midnorth Ontario. He has signed a distribution deal W.O.A. International for his first CD for the country India exclusively and will be touring there late fall.
He also performs with a classic country singer called Garry Wayne, a performer of more than 5 decades who has performed with Ronnie Hawkins, Robbie Robertson & the Band and many many more.
