Biography

Winner of POP FUNK BAND OF THE YEAR at the 2007 Los Angeles Music Awards, LadyFOX is a soulful rock band that offers up the most delicious blend of rock, soul, pop & funk.

LadyFOX is fronted by Michelle Ann Owens (credits include ABC's "All-American Girl", NBC's "Hit Me Baby One More Time" and vocals for "The Apprentice" and "CSI: Miami"). Her original music has been licensed for television shows & networks including E!, Comedy Central, "America's Next Top Model", MTV's "Made", VH1's "Driven", Discovery Health's "Strictly Sex with Dr. Drew", The History Channel, The Sci Fi Channel, Spike TV and MORE.

LadyFOX recently showcased during Austin's SXSW festival, and they were chosen to represent VH1's Save the Music program at a mobile marketing conference in Las Vegas in March.

This LA-based outfit is garnering strong interest from labels & booking agencies both stateside and overseas.

LadyFOX's music can be found on iTunes and Rhapsody, and they are currently finishing up their debut EP to be released soon. The EP is being engineered by Craig Durrance, a top engineer with Paramount Recording Studios who has worked with Rick Rubin, Andre 3000 of Outkast, Will.I.Am, Nikka Costa and many other top artists.
