Biography
DC Fisher is best known as an American singer-songwriter and folk musician noted for his work as a solo artist and as a member of jam bands like The Electric Porcupine Dance Band (2003-05), and SAND (2010-present), and Dune Grass Band (present). D.C. is a graduate of Northern Michigan University and lives in Ortley Beach, New Jersey.
His musical heritage includes hundreds of political, traditional and modern songs, ballads and improvised works. DC performs frequently at a variety of venues and events including large clubs, coffee shops, backyards, and intimate festivals.
DC traveled from his native Michigan to the New Jersey shore (2006) bringing the traditional folk and blues songs from home with him.
