DSA 2008 Songwriters Contest: Video Submissions

This Gig Listing has been re-opened for submissions. All previous submitters are still in contention to be selected, and do not need to submit again.


Now in its 19th year, The DSA 2008 Song Contest is one of the longest running international song contests for amateur songwriters. Offering over $5,000 in cash and prizes this year, the DSA has added TWO new categories – “Bare Bones” (vocals + 1 or 2 instruments) and “Music Video,” for TEN categories in all. Grand Prize:

The DSA Annual Song Contest is open to any amateur songwriter. (This contest defines “amateur” as a songwriter who has not earned more than $5,000 from songwriting-related royalties, works for hire, or advances since January 1, 2004.)
