"Fried Glass Onions...Memphis Meets the Beatles" Volumes I & II (Inside Sound Compilation Album). 20+ great Memphis artists re-cut their "Memphis Flavored Version" of some great Beatles tunes. Dani cut the only George Harrison song on Volume I and was one of the only artist to strictly use her band at that time for the recording...No studio musicians on this cut.

She recorded her version of Paul McCarney's "Oh Darling" on Volume II of the Fried Glass Onion's series. It is an incredible cut with Dani using her own band to record this track. Purchase FGO Vol II at:

If Elvis and Bonnie Raitt had a secret Love Child hiding out in Memphis it would have to be Dani. She writes her original music which reflects a part of her heritage and the pain/happiness/heartache/triumph of experiencing life. When Dani and her band, "Black Rabbit" take the stage it is electric. Growing up in Memphis has resulted in Dani being influenced with that famous Memphis & Mississippi Delta Blues sound, laced in Staxx soul infused with TCB Rock & Roll. From Elvis to Etta James, Bonnie Raitt, Grace Slick, Sheryl Crow and Tina Turner, Dani has developed a truly unique style and sound that is all her own.
Dani recently release an "Advanced Listening" 4 song E.P. containing songs that are in consideration for her her next album project, which we hope to release by the end of 2009 or early 2010. She also recently released a Music Video on one of her newer
original songs written about a friend that went thru a Domestic Violence situation in her marriage. Dani partnered with the Moriah House (a domestic violence organization helping women & their children) and FedEx for the premier of that video, which was a huge success. She is donating the online sales proceeds from that song & video (iTunes, Amazon and others) to the Moriah House. We are currently booking Dani and "Black Rabbit" for Colleges, Festivals and Club Venues.
