X-IT RITE RECORDS, a division of GFI Entertainment presents "Java With Javelyn Indie Music Volume 3" Compilation CD!
X-It Rite Records is calling for unsigned and artists/bands to submit their best songs for possible inclusion on the "Java With Javelyn Indie Music, Volume 3" compilation CD. At least ten Sonicbids artists will be selected for this opportunity! All genres are accepted! If selected, your music will appear on the CD, which will be distributed directly to music industry creative executives in A&R, music publishing, film & TV music as well as artist managers, record producers, music attorneys, radio programmers and some of the most cutting-edge independent music executives looking for new talent and music.
Selected artists will receive 50 free copies of the CD that are yours to distribute as you see fit. Each artist has the right to sell or give this CD away to their fans with their own CDs as an incentive to garner more money for their musical work. The CDs also allow all of the artists/bands on the compilation to have a chance to be heard in regions/venues that may otherwise have not been accessible.
X-It Rite has had great success with their first two compilation CDs through placement in indie films and
podcasts. Artists featured on the discs are able to gain notoriety in the indie music community and exposure in the greater Los Angeles area. Any artist who is chosen for the compilation CD will also be invited to participate on a priority basis in our Java With Javelyn Indie Music Nites, held in Santa Monica and Culver City, CA on weekends three or more times a month. The artists being sought are aggressive, hungry indie artists who have quality music to offer. Most of the artists on the last compilation CD have television, film and touring credits. All production monies received go directly into the manufacturing, high quality mastering, production, postage and promotion of these CDs.
X-It Rite Records is a new kind of label. They don't look to sign artists, but rather to promote quality artists who are active in the indie music community. Being on their compilation CD’s allows you to get promoted by a record label without giving away any rights to your music!
Please note: If you are selected, there is a production fee of $250 to be included on the compilation. X-It Rite Records is absorbing the additional shipping cost of $25 for sending 50 CDs to each selected artist and have lowered their usual production fee to attract the BEST indie artists.
