B'ESTFEST 2009

Born in 2007 and based in Bucharest, Romania, B'ESTFEST's third edition is bigger, bolder, better than ever before. This year's B'ESTFEST will take place on Romexpo grounds from 1st - 5th of July 2009.



The line-up includes The Killers, Santana, Orbital, Franz Ferdinand, Thievery Corporation, Moby, Motorhead, Patrice, AYO, The Charlatans, Klaxons, The Faint, The Ting Tings, Manowar, Holyhell and more to be announced. 60,000 people are expected to attend.



1-3 Sonicbids artists will be selected. All artists will be compensated. North American bands selected will receive a $1,000 (US) subsidy directly from Sonicbids to help cover travel costs. Genres booked include: rock, indie, alternative, world music, electro and hip-hop

B'ESTFEST is proud to be among the members of Yourope, an association of the most important European festivals - Exit (Serbia), Lowlands (Holland), Nova Rock (Austria), Rock Werchter (Belgium), Oxegen (Ireland), T in the Park (Scotland). B'ESTFEST is also to be a part of ETEP (European Talent Exchange Program), which helps with promoting new European artists within top international festivals.
