Hearken Studios hosts an annual showcase called The Connection. This year's Connection seminar will be held Sunday May 29, 2005 to Wednesday June 1, 2005 in Nashville, TN. This event gives Christian artists the opportunity to showcase for Christian record labels, distributors, agents, booking agents, managers, promoters, producers and organizations looking to hire Christian talent. It also unites artists from around the nation with the common goal to further the Kingdom of Christ through the power of music. At least one performance slot is reserved for a Sonicbids artist - and the normal $800 registration fee will be waived!
During the event, artists attend "Go-Sees". This is where the artists can sit down and talk personally with A&R's, Presidents from Agencies, Labels, Distributors and other industry professionals with the desire to help and scout Christian artists. Artists can give press kits, ask questions and arrange future meetings. The Connection hosts artist training workshops conducted by the industry’s top pastors, coaches, authors, speakers, and artists who have a heart for the ministry. Classes in ministry, music business, law, marketing, production, artist tips and performance coaching are some of the topics covered at the event.

Hearken Studios also hosts The World Vision Connection - Taking it to the World Concert Tour. The Concert features artists from The Connection that have become World Vision Artist Associates. All artists from The Connection are welcome to apply for the tour.
