Summary
The BScene Festival is the biggest indoor music festival in Switzerland. After selling out the past 10 years, the crowd at this yearÂ’s BScene is expected to be more than 5,000 people. There are over 50 shows in 8 different venues.
The 11th Annual BScene Festival will be held March 30-31, 2007 in Basel, which is located in SwitzerlandÂ’s northeast corner near Germany, France and Austria. The festival will be very heavily promoted in the Basel Area and the rest of Switzerland. The styles we cover are: Rock, Hip-Hop, Pop, Indie, Alternative, Punk, Ska, Reggae, Singer/Songwriters and Electronica.
Bscene has reserved 5 spots exclusively for European artists who submit through Sonicbids. Compensation for these artists will be 200-300 Euros each. Also, the Sonicbids artists will receive additional Promotion and will be introduced by the Local Media. Non-Swiss artists will receive hotel accommodations and catering.
Bscene is a strong and very passionate Festival. The people who organize it are in it for the thrill and the fun. BScene is still a non-profit institution.
