The deadline is coming soon to submit to the Hollywood Book Festival, taking place on Saturday, July 23 at Space15Twenty. The event, free and open to the public, celebrates books worthy of further attention from the film/TV/multimedia communities and features live music, panels, clowns, face-painting, author readings and more. 4 slots are reserved for Sonicbids artists, and each selected artist will receive at least $100./n/nThe 2011 Hollywood Book Festival takes place on Saturday, July 23 at Space15Twenty, an urban outdoor space in the heart of Hollywood. The event, free and open to the public, celebrates books worthy of further attention from the film/TV/multimedia communities and features live music, panels, clowns, face-painting, author readings and more.


The Hollywood Book Festival has reserved 4 slots for Sonicbids artists. All selected artists will receive at least $100. A table for post-performance CD and merchandise sales will be provided, as will a full PA/sound system.


The event is produced by JM Northern Media, which also produces the DIY Music Festival and New York Book Festival. Acts that do well at this event can also be considered for those opportunities.
