They are seeking artists for inclusion on a compilation CD that will be distributed to music supervisors in the music industry. There will be an initial pressing of CDs to be mailed to industry contacts and distributed at showcases, conferences, and expos.
These compilations have previously landed their artists placements in feature films. The Insert Music roster now includes hit songwriters who have written for renowned artists such as Rascall Flatts and Sheryl Crow. They have also placed music in TV shows and stations such as The Hills, Laguna Beach, Big Love, Army Wives, and Men in Trees. They have worked with major companies such as Ford, CBS, ABC, Warner Bros., and MTV. Insert Music has placed music in some major motion pictures as well, including The Break Up and The Dead Girl.
Insert Music also hosts a service website which offers subscribers information about current pitches for song placements in Film and Television, as well as a number of booking opportunities. The website also offers its members 1 free hour consultation with a professional Songwriter, Producer, Recording Artist, Vocal Coach, Music Teacher, or Audio Engineer (subject to availability).
All selected artists will receive copies of the CD.
