There is one grand prize of $500 plus a numbered position on the 2008 Lo-Budget Love Compilation CD. Artists of all genres are encouraged to enter. Each entry will first be judged by a peer group of music lovers and concertgoers. Second, Lo-Budget’s panel of distinguished music industry professionals will then rank each song based on originality, melody, composition and lyrical content. The top 10 ranked songs will comprise the 2008 Lo-Budget Love Compilation CD.
The overall winner of the last Lo-Budget Love Music Competition was Ruth Van der Marck-Koenders from Suriname.
