Red Bull Soundstage and Worldwide Pants Incorporated are looking for music to accompany 4 scenes in the upcoming movie We Made This Movie. Artists just need to upload a track to one of the select scenes below. By the way, did we mention one of you will get to play on the Late Show with David Letterman?

Here’s how it all shakes out.

Between April 19th and May 10th all artists 18+ from the US and Canada (excluding Québec) are eligible to submit a track to one of the 4 scenes below.

Beginning on May 15th, you can get your fans to start voting for your track. Two of the Top 25 vote getters will be finalists along with 4 other artists handpicked by the movie's producers. The more votes you get, the more likely you are to be noticed by the producers, so spread the word! This will increase your chances to land a spot on the movie’s soundtrack, play the premiere party or get hooked up with a number of cool opportunities.

Characters from We Made This Movie, along with the movie's producers, will be driving commentary to help select the finalists for each scene on June 4th and will ultimately be selecting the winning 4 tracks by June 15.

The top 24 vote getters will be entered into a round of "Audience Choice" voting in mid-July for a chance to play on the Late Show with David Letterman in September. Plus, you’ll also be eligible to be on the movie’s soundtrack and potentially play at the premiere party and take part in a whole a bunch of cool gigs.

About the movie:
We Made This Movie tells the tale of five high school seniors who set out to make a silly comedy movie, but accidentally end up making a dramatic and moving movie about their actual lives. The film is written and produced by by Jon Beckerman & Rob Burnett, (Late Show With David Letterman, Ed, and Knights of Prosperity) and will be distributed by SnagFilms. Here are the scenes that need music. Review each scene below and submit one track to as many of these scenes as you'd like:

RUN TO THE CHICKEN PLANT
When all else fails, do something memorable. Do something epic. The music should be wistful, energetic and hopeful. It should put a lump in your throat.

FUNERAL DRIVE
A tragic incident brings about an awkward encounter. The music should be quiet, somber and contemplative.

LEBRON WALKS KELLY HOME
Remember the first time you got to spend time with your crush? The music should have a playful, romantic-but upbeat feel.

EVERYONE QUITS
We’ve all had those moments where everything falls apart before it gets back together again. The music should be tense, dark, sad without being overly melodramatic.

By submitting an entry you will need to agree to a few things, all of which will be outlined in the submission form and include but are not limited to:

You must be from the US or Canada (excluding Québec) and be at least 18
You must own the copyrights to your music
You must agree to the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy of Red Bull Soundstage
Your entire band must agree to the rules of the contest
You must agree to the licensing agreement from Not Space Age, LLC if selected
