35 Denton incorporates indoor and outdoor programming-- with over 10 participating venues and 2 outdoor stages-- all located in the very walkable downtown area surrounding our historic Courthouse on the Square. Previous venues include Hailey’s, Rubber Gloves, Dan’s Silverleaf, Andy’s Bar, The Labb, Banter, J & J’s, Sweetwater, Mellow Mushroom, and Denton Square Donuts. Previous performers include The Flaming Lips, The Jesus and Mary Chain, Built to Spill, Midlake, Big Boi, Reggie Watts, Best Coast, Thee Oh Sees, The Mountain Goats, Dan Deacon, Mavis Staples, Bun B, Dr. Dog, Dum Dum Girls, OM, Atlas Sound, Devin the Dude, any many more!!
35 Denton (formerly NX35/35 Conferette) has booked nearly 300 Sonicbids artists since 2009 and has guaranteed to select at least 60 artists in 2013. Selected artists will receive wristbands, food, and drink. Artists are responsible for travel expenses and housing. Visit the 35 Denton website for special rates on Denton-area hotels/motels.
