Get your praise on! Do you think your group is ready for primetime? Then enter the JoyFest Kings Dominion Festival 2013 Talent Competition! With a capacity crowd of 5,000 to 10,000 people at the festival at Kings Dominion in Doswell, VA, JoyFest is a great time of praise and worship.
One Sonicbids artist or group will be selected to perform at JoyFest Kings Dominion. Hospitality (food) will be provided and the standard merchandise fee will be waived so that the selected artist keeps 100% of merch sales. In addition, the contest winner will receive $500.
About the Competition:
Artists will submit their EPK through Sonicbids through the entry deadline. The general public will have the opportunity to vote on their favorite artist 1 vote per day - through the voting period (May 30th-June 6th). Voting will take place at www.joyfest.org.Entrants are encouraged to promote their entry via social media and other avenues.
The general public will select the top 5 finalists through voting. A panel of music industry professionals will judge the top 5 finalists and select a winner for each competition.

JoyFest is a dynamic time of praising God with some of the top names in Gospel music!
This years artists include Kirk Franklin, Lecrae, LeAndria Johnson, Isaac Carree, Humble Tip, Israel Hougton and New Breed. Emcee for the afternoon is the nationally known comedian Sinbad!
