HOW DOES IT WORK?
Submissions will be open from March 6, 2013-April 5, 2013. All bands will then be entered into a public round of voting that takes place from April 10-2013-April 24-2013. Be sure to reach out to your fans and friends to grab as many votes as possible!
IF I WIN, WHAT DO I GET?
- A performance slot at the Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival in Manchester, TN! Join artists like Macklemore, Kendrick Lamar, Paul McCartney and more.
- $500 USD courtesy of Bonnaroo!
- $500 more as a match from Sonicbids (a total of $1000)!
- Your bio included on the "artist" section of the official Bonnaroo website.
HOW DO I KNOW IF I AM ELIGIBLE? - You play music... good music ;)
- You have a Sonicbids membership.
- You and everyone in your band is from one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia*. If you are from outside of the U.S., click here to access the general consideration opportunity.
- A few other items, so make sure you've read the rules & regulations.
- Please note: If anyone in your band is 17 years of age or younger (18 or younger if you're from Alabama), you'll have to get written consent from a parent or guardian to move on to the judging round. Just a heads-up for later -- we didn't write the law, but we have to follow it.

Good question! In addition to the 2 contest slots, there are 8 more slots available for general consideration by clicking here. The $10 fee guarantees delivery & consideration for every submission by Bonnaroo's Music Supervisors, and net proceeds will be donated directly to the Bonnaroo Works Fund, which supports various national and local non-profits. You can enter both opportunities to maximize your opportunity for booking at Bonnaroo.
