Its purpose is to be a community oriented festival for local bands. Festival features include camping, a skatepark, coffee shop, kids playground, and 3 stages total presenting 20+ artists. Last year, over 500 people attended Xfest. Attendees are encouraged to bring food, tents or trailers, energy, love, a free-spirit, and an open mind.
There are two performance opportunities for artists to submit their EPKs to: The Xfest mainstage and the Xfest acoustic stage. Artists performing on the acoustic stage must be trios or smaller, and may feature percussion but no full drum kits.
Genres accepted include acoustic, rock, ska, metal, bluegrass, punk, electronic, hip hop, singer/songwriter and more.
