Your agent (if you have one) may have already submitted membership and exhibit payment; please check with them BEFORE you submit your showcase application in our drop box. If membership and booth payment is not submitted to NACA by you or your agent your submission will not be reviewed and you will forfeit your $65 submission fee. You will also receive this information in your auto-confirmation email once your on-line submission is received.
Okay. After you submit, then what? A selection committee consisting of student talent buyers and professional staff from a variety of colleges and universities will meet to review all applications. Showcase selection results will be announced on the NACA Web site no later than July 15, 2009.
Within two weeks of notification, selected artists must submit a $240 showcase performance fee. Selected artists will receive all access badges to event for the day of their performance.
