Global Gaming Expo (G2E), Nov. 17-19, 2009, at the Las Vegas Convention Center, is the world's largest conference and trade show for the casino entertainment industry. Presented by the American Gaming Association and Reed Exhibitions, G2E attracted more than 25,000 attendees last year, which included 2,000-plus entertainment buyers.
Live entertainment concerts and shows at U. S. casinos attract a weekly audience of 4.2 million attendees. Now in its ninth year, G2E is your opportunity to showcase your talents before entertainment buyers at casinos worldwide.
The Entertainment Arena at G2E 2009 will provide casino entertainment executives with three days of educational conference sessions, a dedicated trade show exhibit area, plus artist showcases for music, comedy and variety artists.
Ten musical attractions will be selected to perform 30-minute showcase sets for casino entertainment directors, talent buyers and executive management.
Selected artists will perform on the G2E Showcase Stage located in the Grand Concourse of the Las Vegas Convention Center. Audio, lighting and backline will be provided. Following their sets, showcase artists will have access to a "meet and greet" area.
In addition, showcase artists will receive complimentary passes ($125 value) for their performers and one representative to attend the G2E Trade Show.
Artists selected to showcase will be notified on or around July 10, 2009. Artists selected to showcase will be responsible for their own travel and lodging expenses, plus will be required to sign a Showcase Agreement (see Rules & Regulations) and pay a Showcase Fee, as follows:
• Artists NOT represented by a G2E 2009 exhibitor:
$1,850 Showcase Fee.
• Artists represented by a G2E 2009 exhibitor:
$850 Showcase Fee.
The Showcase Fee is payable within 10 days following the Artist's acceptance of the Showcase Agreement. Payment may be made by credit card.
