Taylor Guitars and Elixir Strings present Test Drive 2009. This emerging artist support program aligns FIVE breaking bands with Taylor Guitars and Elixir Strings. One final artist will head to a studio to record with their world class guitars, strings, and cables.

In early August, your profile will be uploaded on TestDrive.TaylorGuitars.com where your fans, along with the Taylor Guitars and Elixir Strings faithful, can vote for your band as their favorite on the site.
The top 25 voted artists will move to a panel review. The Artist Relations teams from Taylor Guitars and Elixir Strings will choose FIVE final artists to be outfitted with Taylor SolidBody electric guitars, a supply of Elixir Strings, and Elixir® Cables.
These final artists will be challenged to create a short video of how they put the gear to work on stage and in the studio, with videos posted on TestDrive.TaylorGuitars.com for a second round of voting.
The top voted band will receive time in a marquee studio to record an EP with their gear and will have a relationship with Taylor Guitars and Elixir Strings moving forward.
