Satellite Park Studios

We are a full-featured indie Production studio and label operated by legendary producer/engineer Geza X (Dead Kennedys, Black Flag, Meredith Brooks, Sonic Youth, etc). Typically, we work on major label projects but we also always have an ear to the ground for the best up-and-coming indie bands that are hungry and want to record a proper, signable demo or album project.

We take on 3-4 of these artists a year as a “passion project”. We offer a residential studio in Malibu and the major label expertise of Geza X at an affordable, indie rate. The indie rate is ¼ of the rate (or less) given to major label projects and includes residential accommodations.

Please note: This is an opportunity for serious and professional artists. Deals are a possibility depending on the artist but please understand this is most likely a $20K commitment. If you are looking for a recording deal on spec, please do not submit.
