"The Black Saints"

"The sound of The Black Saints reminds me of 80s Rock N´ Roll: dirty guitars, frenzied riffs, lyrics about the wild night life and an attitude that makes it impossible not to pay attention to them". - Jorge Gutierrez, producer at Superestacion.FM:

"Capone"

Milwaukee's best....no pun intended The Black Saints have finally released their new song "Capone" for the world to hear and as much as I love "All Sinners Welcome" Capone blows everything from that album away. The band sounds tight and Drew's vocals just simply kick ass. Can't wait to get Capone on the show for the world to hear. Do yourself a favor and go check it out pronto! - Hard Rock Nights

"Rock n' Roll"

“If you need a rock n’ roll kick in the ass; Milwaukee’s the Black Saints has the cure for what ails you. One listen to “Rock It Away” and you’ll know these guys mean business”

- Brian Basher - Host of Hard Rock Nights Radio -KACV FM90 - Amarillo, TX - Hard Rock Nights Radio

"The Black Saints"

"The Black Saints are the type of band that drew to me to rock n roll in the first place. Killer riffs, howling vocals, and attitude. This is how rock n roll should sound! The Black Saints deliver the goods!"

- John 'Brizz' Brizzolara - Director - 96.7 The Eagle WKGL-FM

"Hard Rock"

"The Black Saints have only been together since 2009, but their music speaks for itself. They play the type of hot & sleazy rock n’ roll that the readers of Hard Rock Hideout are going to love. The band is getting the attention of radio stations all over the United States, including our very own Hard Rock Hideout Radio show. If you tuned in Wednesday night, you heard the band’s kick ass song “Rock It Away”, and will likely be hearing a lot more from this band in the near future."

- Hard Rock Hideout- Rob Rockitt

"15 Bands To Watch In 2011"

"These guys play rock n’ roll like they’ve spent years hustling their trade in bars and strip clubs around Hollywood and the Sunset Strip and they take the term “high energy” to a whole new level. Just listen to songs like “Dead Man Walking”, “Cocked & Loaded”, and “Rock It Away” and you’ll know exactly what I’m talking about."
- Hard Rock Nights

Bio

Wicked guitar riffs, light 'em up solos, a fierce banshee howl on vocals, and lock tight drums & bass mingle together to form the sinful ROCK EXPLOSION that is known as 'The Black Saints'.

Formed in early 2009, The Black Saints have been preaching the glorious intensity and frenetic power of the most classic elements of rock n' roll and punk in their own delicious and wicked voice. They unabashedly revel in the sound of guitar-drenched rock revival that defines a new generation of independent music listener hungry for something other than the spoon fed mass-media examples of what passes for modern rock music.

The band skillfully sets itself apart with killer guitar melodies, sleazy grooves, a tight musicianship and intense passion mixed with wild unpredictability. This isn't a band built out of cut & paste songwriting and phony auto-tuned vocal melodies. The Black Saints are true artists & musicians who mean what they play and leave it all on the stage for the crowd to revel in.

Being on the scene for three years, this hard rock five-piece have toured all over the Midwest and to the East Coast of the United States. Their artist debut arrived at Summerfest, the world's largest outdoor music festival, where they are pleased to be making their fourth consecutive return appearance this summer. Their high energy live performance has seen them share the stage with the likes of LA's Steel Panther, founding member of KISS Ace Frehley, The Last Vegas, Sevendust, Blind Melon, Vains Of Jenna, and The Dirty Pearls. Soon to be added to this list are Theory of a Deadman and Puddle of Mudd where they will be opening up for them this summer at the Washington County Fair.

Coming off the heels of their highly praised debut EP, 'All Sinners Welcome', the band continues to demonstrate that they are on the top of their game with their brand new EP 'Hellbent & Heartless' that shows musical growth and continues to refine the ever present sleazy rock sound the band prides itself on. The new EP is due out in mid-Summer and features standout tracks such as the high energy Sunset Strip vibed 'Top Notch Lady' and the swamp-voodoo, hard rock driven song ‘Capone’. The band also reveals their softer side with the epic rock anthem, ‘Amends’. Lyrically it is straight from the soul and speaks directly to the hearts of every person who has ever loved and lost. The depth and harmonic melody combine with the lyrics to shape a true modern classic. These songs continue to expose the Saints sound and gain new fans all over the world. Online internet radio station ‘Hard Rock Nights’ included The Black Saints on its '15 bands to watch in 2011' list of up & coming artists and the band continues to prove it by having steady growth in Colombia, Brazil, Canada, and recently the UK.

Things continue to look up for this promising young band of rock n' rollers as they continue spreading their sound throughout the world through touring, airplay, & word of mouth. This is rock music as it was meant to be. This is how The Black Saints do it.
