Bio

This native Texan has been a lot of miles, played a ton of shows and entertained literally millions of people in the twenty-plus years he’s made a living singing and playing guitar. With a desire that started early, Tim set out on the road that would lead him to being compared to some of the best entertainers and songwriters Texas has ever seen.
The Tim Fralik story started when Tim turned pro in 1987. After teaching music and playing in regional bands for several years, Tim left Texas set on starting a music career in Nashville, Tennessee.
While there Tim was employed as tour manager, tour guitarist/vocalist for many national acts including The Forrester Sisters, The Dixie Chicks, Kevin Sharp and Mark Chesnutt.
Tim has opened shows for a who’s who list in country music including Martina McBride, Sawyer Brown, Willie Nelson, Johnny Cash, Waylon Jennings, Lyle Lovett, Vince Gill, Tim McGraw, Faith Hill, Clint Black, Lorrie Morgan, Allen Jackson, Brooks and Dunn, Restless Heart, Tracy Lawrence, Doobie Brothers, Marty Stewart, Keith Urban, Rascal Flats, Kevin Fowler, Nitty Gritty Dirt Band, Garth Brooks, Keith Whitley, Diamond Rio, Trace Atkins, Terry Clark, Neil McCoy, Joe Diffy, Tracy Bird and a few I’m sure we’ve left out.
A milestone in Tim’s career came in 1993 when he had the opportunity to record with Willie Nelson for the resurrected Lone Star Records record label and was later invited to play 1993 Farm Aid in Aimes, Iowa where he was joined onstage by his long time hero Willie Nelson. Another milestone came in 1999 when he found himself entering the the Grand Old Opry through the stage door joining Kevin Sharp on stage for a televised performance of Kevin’s number one hit “Nobody Knows”.
Tim has released three singles in Texas since 2005. “Run The Other Way” written by Tim landed at number 64 on “World Wide Most Played” chart, 2007 “I Ain’t Living Long Like This” a Rodney Crowell tune, settled at number 51 on “Best In Texas” and in 2008 the title cut on the cd, “One More” also written by Tim, finished at 50 after being in rotation for 26 weeks in over 30 Texas markets.
Tim brings his years of knowledge and experience to every show. Confident in any venue whether it be opening for a national artist in front of fifty thousand people or playing to twenty at a writers night in small town Texas.
Tim works solo/ acoustic or joins fellow Austin-ites Aaron Davis (bass guitar/vocals) and Ian Bailey (drums) onstage to deliver a rockin’ country original act that pleases crowds all over the lone star state.
