"Axe Men: The Sons of Lumber Review"

"I really just wanted to kind of pay tribute to the really high quality and diversity of guitar players we have in this town." ~Kelly Kerr
"The show spans three generations of guitar players, including some musicians Kerr calls the unsung heros of Tulsa." 'Those featured include...Adam Lopez..' - Tulsa People Magazine

"Grand Lake Chronicle Sept. 2nd. 2010"

"This album is a journey into some of that great Sun Records, early roots rock and rockabilly that's so much fun!" "He's making his presence felt not only around the region, but all over the world thanks to the internet." - GLC/Matt Mason

"Back To Basics"

"..... it's time to get reacquainted with Lopez and push away any preconceived notions of what he or his music may be or represent. Lopez's superpower is front and center on the new disc and it's unfiltered, straight up rock & roll -- straight from the heart and Fender tube amp.

If you like it simple and straight forward, you won't be disappointed." - Urban Tulsa

"A True Treat"

"...truely a treat..." - Urban Tulsa Weekly

"G.K. Hizer Stranded in Babylon Review"

"This is an album that you settle into and get comfortable with--kind of like breaking in a good pair of jeans."
- Urban Tulsa Weekly/G.K. Hizer

"Souljah"

"Lopez is indeed a souljah, one who knows how to make a poignant message go down in the most delightful way." - Tulsa World/Matt Gleason

"Austin Bound"

"Another local artist that's making the trip South in hopes of stealing some of the spotlight is Adam Lopez. Lopez will be a great representative of Tulsa as he isn't bound by genre and doesn't fit any stereotypes. Live, Adam mixes a little rock, funk, reggae, jazz, soul and blues then lets the evening's vibe carry the music wherever it wants to go -- something Austin music fans should be able to appreciate." - Urban Tulsa Weekly/G.K. Hizer

Bio

**Adam's song "Crazy (Maybe We All Need)" is currently the song of the week over on Z104.5's Homegroan show!"

I've finally recovered from the energy and effort that I put into the last album; Stranded In Babylon. I'm full of fire and once again ready to not only recreate the success of that album, but reach even further in hopes that I can bring people together through music.

I"m currently promoting the new album Rock & Roll Is My Super Power and the new trio Adam Lopez & His Mighty LoCasters.

Our focus is on American Roots Music. Rockabilly is our foundation, but it's not all we do or are about. Blues, Jazz, Western Swing, and classic Country will find their way into our sounds, but after all, isn't that what Rockabilly really is?

Fans of groups like the Paladins, Stray Cats, Sun era Elvis, Johnny Burnette & The Rock & Roll Trio, Buddy Holly, Gene Vincent & The Blue Caps, Little Richard, Chuck Berry, etc etc will find a familiar voice with Adam Lopez & His Mighty LoCasters.

I've sold albums all over the world, toured much of the U.S., played with many many greats, and now The Lo Tops and I would like to play for you!

~Adam
