Who said rock is dead?
The “Bamboozled” project is born by an Idea of Lorenzo Santi and Marcello Amore, involved in the Florentine Rock scene since the ‘80s as musicians and sound engineers.
During the winter of 2008, using their large analogic Recording Studio named “Jolly Rogers”, they started to write the first songs recalling the old Rock’n’Roll vintage sound playing bass guitar and hammond. At that point they needed more musicians so they called the drummer David bozza then the guitar player Roberto Ricci and last but not least, the two singers, Kim Ciccone and Alessio Colosi.
After a year of studio reharsals the Bamboozled started to play live, opening for big Italian artists, while they were recording their first CD at the “Jolly Rogers” Studio.
The abum “Roasted” was made completly “live” without using any digital plug-in or editing, in order to obtain that warm and natural sound they were looking for since the beginning of the project.
