Blonde Valhalla is a six-piece, post-future, psych-pop outfit based in Brooklyn formed by Suckers' drummer Brian Aiken. The Suckers veteran, having toured with the likes of MGMT and The National has assembled an epic musical collaborative to debut his EP "Dances of Youth". The five song EP was recorded with renowned engineers Chris Moore (TV on the Radio, Yeasayer) and Chris Zane (Passion Pit, The Walkmen) this past spring.
In a world full of buzz bands, they have managed to become stars of emerging band scene.
Nick Chelmu says, "Aiken reveals a bold pop persona that defies conventional classification- primal, dynamic and nakedly authentic".
