"NEW MUSIC: CHASE- ONE"

"I'm all about sway-ability these days, and Chase's new album, ONE, hits the spot. It's acoustic pop at it's best with relatable lyrics and crisp vocals. My favorite has to be "Sleep" with its cute, catchy chorus that goes "be the last thing that I see / meet me in my dreams". "Superhero" is another favorite that I got stuck in my head after our little acoustic session on his rooftop a few weeks ago. This one's got a head-bopping beat, but still keeps the same sweet acoustic feel." Shabnam Ferdowsi (August 31, 2014) - BEATING LIGHTS

"Schooljam National Battle of the Bands"

“When you see Chase Kroesche play you know doors will open for him. He has a wonderful sense of the stage and he makes the audience feel right at home as he guides them though his music. His vocal ability combined with his guitar work and his charisma are a hard combination to beat.” - Menzie Pittman, SchooljamUSA judge

"Utah Teen Releases First Single"

"Teen pop star Chase Kroesche is about to be a household name. But with the release of his debut single, "1-2-3" from his upcoming EP, his name is going to quickly get out there." Philip Sayblack (January 29, 2013) - WNCT TV blog

"FANLALA EDITORIAL"

“We’re well into spring, and that means we’re now on the lookout for a cool, laid-back sound, and it looks like we may have found our artist! Chase Kroesche is a 19-year-old singer and he’s fantastic when he has a guitar in his hands. You put the two together, and it’s an unbeatable combination. The young star has just dropped his newest single, and we love it so much, we’ve just got to pass it on to you! In the video below, check out “1-2-3.” The song itself is super-relaxed, and Chase’s video is too fun to watch. He’s been around the musical block way more than once, and when it comes to crafting his own sound, Chase nails a Bullseye every time. We’re excited to see what Chase has lined up for the future. If "1-2-3" is anything to go by, then his fans have a lot to look forward to! We want to give Chase a major shout out for giving us the perfect spring anthem! We know you’re headed far - keep it up!” (April 2013) - Fanlala Editorial Staff

Bio

CHASE K is a 22 year old singer-songwriter and guitarist living in Los Angeles, whose focus and passion led to a scholarship at Boston’s prestigious Berklee College of Music; touring by the age of 14; countless LA gigs; performances with Frank Zappa saxophonist Napoleon Murphy Brock and with David Bowie guitarist Earl Slick; and endorsements with major instrument manufacturers. Chase has collaborated with, among others, producer/engineer Warren Huart (Aerosmith; The Fray),  producer/songwriter Brian Howes (Nickelback; Daughtry), and producer/songwriter John Alagia (John Mayer).

It has been an exciting couple of years for Chase K. Several of his songs won or placed in the Austin Songwriters Group Contest, three of them winning 1st place awards and he was invited to perform at the ASG annual Symposium. In addition, APRICOTS won Best Adult Contemporary song in the Mid-Atlantic Songwriting Contest.

While Chase has led several bands (and, performing his originals, placed in the top three in a National band competition at age 17 at Downtown Disney), solo performing helped him hone his craft.  “If a song can stand up with just an acoustic guitar and a voice or piano, then it’s a good song.” As for lyrics, “It’s just about making a story – fiction or truth – it’s more about believing in what you’re singing and committing to it.”

Over the past two years, Chase K has been working exclusively with producer Warren Huart and he is part of Huart's Spitfire Music Group. His first full album, Superhero, produced by Huart, was released a little over a year ago and a follow-up EP is scheduled for release in April, 2016. Chase K's first single, “1-2-3”, can be heard in the film, The Cover-Up.

Born and raised in Salt Lake City, Chase forged his own path and, early on, connected with Queen.  “I loved the theatrical aspects. I’ve always thought that the performance is as important as the music.  If you perform really well, it’s going to excite people, but, of course, having great songs and that amazing performance is my ultimate goal.”
