Cicero Salmon III

Cicero Salmon III is an urban prepster. Some say he's a black guy with a white soul, and some just say he's not afraid to be himself . He lives on both sides of the tracks. While in college Cicero gained invaluable skills such as public speaking, beer pong, keg stands, and evading collection calls, which prepared him for the harsh world of stand up comedy, acting, and feminism. He's the Fresh Prince of comedy.
