Biography

If you don't like Diemonds, you probably hate fun." - Soundproof Magazine

Toronto is the setting for the most molten rock and metal scene in the western hemisphere. Meet Diemonds: the citys hungriest band, clawing their way out of the underground with their saccharine-and-daggers hard rock. Fronted by rocks most dangerous deity Priya Panda, the band shines on stage, commanding an audience all night long. Diemonds aren't through until every single crowd member has had a real rock n roll experience.

With the release of their debut full length "The Bad Pack" on Underground Operations in Canada and Spiritual Beast in Japanese/Asian markets, the band can't wait to add to their already rigorous tour schedule and cover new ground. Diemonds took their mean, tough and infectious sound on the road in 2012 tearing up almost 100 shows coast to coast in both the United States in Canada.

You can expect big things from the young band whose newest music video "GTFO" was named the 4th best video of 2012 by UK's prestigious Classic Rock Magazine. The band also solidified their rep as Toronto's hardest working hard rockers by securing slots opening for Slash, Steel Panther, and gracing festival stages like Heavy MTL in Montreal, Rocklahoma in Oklahoma and Seattle Hempfest, where the band played to a record 250,000 people.

Having gained local recognition and sponsorship from heavyweights like Jagermeister, Pabst Blue Ribbon, and Dr. Marten's for their bombastic live performances, Diemonds now have their sights set on tours in the UK and Japan to support their new record that has received rave reviews.

Meanwhile, history was made in when Diemonds toured northeast India, becoming the first female-fronted act ever to play the city of Shillong, Indias rock capital.

If the response to their first album In the Rough is any indication, Diemonds is in for one hell of a ride. Accolades for the album spanned the globe, earning the headbangers Best Album of 2009 from Classic Rock Magazine (UK), BlogsnRoses.com, and Kelv Hellrazer of Los Angeles 100.1 The Edge radio.

It has been said that Diemonds keep one boot in the gutter and the other in your teeth. With The Bad Pack they do something else, too: they take a huge step forward.

Lyrics

Lil Miss

Written By: Diemonds

You’re not the only one whose eyes are on the hem of her skirt
You think you’re next cuz she’s more than just a little flirt
Look right at her you’ll see there ain’t nothin’ there
Just a toy in the attic waitin for a little care

You wait your turn it’s the end of the line
You’re both feelin far from fine

Words speak volumes but so does a fist
She only got (just one wish)
Made a deal with the devil sealed it with a kiss
Wanna know her name it’s lil miss
Lil miss

She’ll cut you down if you ain’t part of her masterplan
She’s gonna bathe herself in pearls any way she can
Drink away the tear in her eye
She knows its just another lie

Words speak volumes but so does a fist
She only got (just one wish)
Made a deal with the devil sealed it with a kiss
Wanna know her name it’s lil miss

Don’t you wanna cry now lil miss
Don’t you wanna die now lil miss
Don’t it feel bad now lil miss
Ain’t so bad now lil miss

Don’t you wanna cry now lil miss
Don’t you wanna die now lil miss
Don’t it feel bad now lil miss
Ain’t so fuckin bad now lil miss

Yeah
Oh yeah
Ohhhh

Words speak volumes but so does a fist
She only got (just one wish)
Made a deal with the devil sealed it with a kiss
Wanna know her name it’s lil miss

LIL MISS
LIL mi-ii-I-I-s
You Lil bitch
OH
Don’t it feel bad now lil miss
UH!
