Take some Presets and some Hilltop Hoods. Now add some Chili Peppers funk, M.I.A. blip-dirt and some Deftones emo-fuzz. Stir briskly. Now you’re getting closer to the sounds of End To Chivalry (ETC), this electro-groove-rock-hop outfit from Queensland. You’ll hear these combined elements in the songs from their new EP ‘Post Monogamy’ conducted by Australian uber-producer MAGOO (Regurgitator, Winnie Coopers, Operator Please, Resin Dogs, Spiderbait) ready to be unleashed in October through GREEN DISTRIBUTION. End To Chivalry are determined to make 2010 a landmark year.
Their live performance has been dropping jaws in the SE Queensland scene for the past 18 months – no one goes away from an ETC show dissatisfied.
ETC has come together from the remnants of previous successful local bands that have toured the East Coast of Australia and the West Coast of USA extensively. This experience has borne a professionalism that any venue/promoter/engineer appreciates.
