Bio

Emerging from Southern California comes multi-talented singer, songwriter Kandace Ferrel, whose artistry has been seen from Los Angeles to Nashville. Self taught at a young age, Kandace quickly began writing and composing music. She recorded her first album at the age of 13. Whether behind keys or attached to her guitar, it is very clear that this 20 year old ‘phenom’ will continue to march forward as one of the top musicians of her time.

Playing endless gigs in Southern California has lead Kandace to an overwhelming recognition and several nominations from The Los Angeles Music Awards, The Orange County Music Awards, The Southern California Music Awards, and The Inland Empire Music Awards. One of these nominations got Kandace the 2006 Best Female Artist at The Inland Empire Music Awards. She has earned performances at such events as the closing gala of the Temecula Valley Film Festival where Smokey Robinson was honored for a lifetime achievement award, as well as top industry conferences such as NAMM. Kandace earned a nomination and was selected to the top 10 female artists in The 2007 Starbucks Music Awards.

This aspiring recording artists hard work and knack for the game has earned co- writes with some of Nashville’s top songwriters, ‘Work For Hires’ on some of the nations top TV/Film projects, and a path we only know that will end at the top.

Though most of her songs stem from her own life experiences, Kandace is able to tap into the heart and mind of many to unfold the story within. It is extremely rare that you find a songwriter, performer, producer, musician, and business savvy entrepreneur in the beautiful presence of one 20 year old woman. This is Kandace Ferrel.

As written in Scratch Magazine September 2005 issue by: Joe Licavoli "The young singer/songwriter (Kandace Ferrel) had a great voice and incredible stage presence. Kandace explained that she had been writing music since she was thirteen years old, which made her well crafted music even more engaging"

Kandace Ferrel has shared the stage with artists such as Jack's Mannequin, Anberlin, Teitur, The Red West, William Tell, J.R. Richards/Dishwalla, English Beat.

Kandace has earned these co/writes:
Keith & Andrienne Follese of hit songs "the way you love me" Faith Hill and "something like that" Tim McGraw, Billy Aerts, Angela Lauer, Tommy Daley, Robert Haas, Angela Kasset, Jim McCormick, Andrew Dorff, Catt Gravitt, Gerald O'Brien, Scott Davis, Dylan Altman, Brian Arbuckle, Stefani Richards, Richard Harris, Monty Seward, David Alexander, Shari Short, Mikal Blue,
