With over 10,000 records sold and hundreds of shows, Man The Mighty is a hard working, touring, hard rock band playing around 75 shows a year. They just recorded with two time Grammy nominee Ben Kasica. Man The Mighty is also starting a marketing plan with Jeff Sodikoff from Platform-1 in chicago.

Man The Mighty are a hard rock band from Carpentersville, IL a suburb of Chicago. Formed by guitarist Tim Tournier and Vocalist Derek Smith, Man The Mighty have been pushing the musical envelope with insightful lyrics, heavily melodic guitar riffs and powerfully driven backbeats produced by drum and bass since 1999. Man The Mighty have seen their fair share of line-up changes, but now have formed a solid rhythm section with the addition of Tyler Nelson on bass, and Matt Harmoning on drums.

Man The Mighty are an independent group of guys who work hard to achieve their goals. They have recorded a full length album entitled "The Night and the Morning After". They have also played countless shows in and around the Chicagoland area including The House of Blues, The Metro,The Rave ( main stage),The Double Door, The Elbo Room, Clearwater Theater, Penny Road Pub, US Beer Co and many more.
