Hailing from Ontario's Newcastle/Oshawa area, One Second 2 Late formed in 2002 and released its debut EP, From The Moon Down, in 2005. Behind the modern hardcore band are co-managers Greig Nori (former Sum 41 manager and Treble Charger frontman) and Matt Brann (ex-Avril Lavigne drunner) for BunkRock Entertainment. OS2L's still-untitled full-length debut is produced by Nori (Hedley, Sum 41, No Warning) and Billy Talent guitarist Ian D'Sa. Brann assisted. - Access Magazine

"One Second 2 Late - World Time Bomb"

"From pop-punk to rock swing to full-on rock, this album is outstanding all the way through. With strong vocals and solid harmonies on every track and great energy throughout (including an awesome guitar solo in L4wk), One Second 2 Late are more than ready to make their mark on mainstream music." - Alicia McAuley - Lucid Forge

"One Second 2 Late"

"I was reeled in by the band’s onstage ebullience; it was a highly-charged performance, with the leaps and bounds of the band members being accented by some fallout style lighting, with the lamps dialed to ‘atom bomb’ mode." - Brian Banks - Music Vice

Bio

One Second 2 Late is comprised of local Newcastle, Ontario mates Brian Pisani (vocals), Rob Henderson (guitar), Derrick Knox (drums), Steve Leca (bass) and Adam Wishak (guitars).

The boys in One Second 2 Late are hardly the image of socially conscious musicians - sometimes they’d rather spend their time shot-gunning beers while hidden inside of a department store change-room. But when it comes to the music – a blend of modern rock and punk – that’s where their serious side begins to emerge. With songs like “Fear Of A Nation” and “World Time Bomb” and lyrics that are crafted to inspire the listener to further thought, the band definitely have their mature side. They just know to turn it off and cut loose every once in a while.

OS2L have toured with modern rock artists Social Code, and Autumn Avanue, and supported bands including illScarlett, 30 Seconds To Mars, Gob, Hedley, State of Shock, Mariana’s Trench, Faber Drive, My American Heart, Down With Webster, and many more.

OS2L plan to release their debut full-length album in early 2008 with Bunk Rock Music, with producers Greig Nori (Sum 41, No Warning, Autopilot Off) and Ian D’Sa of Billy Talent at the helm.
