Partycat

Toronto's newest rock and roll heroes Partycat, sit somewhere on the musical spectrum between riot-inducing hardcore and hooky-as-hell melodic rock. Their spastic brand of mosh anthems has been making waves over the past year.

Having gained serious momentum since the release of "9 Lives", Partycat's DIY ethics have earned them supporting slots for some of the biggest names in hardcore music such as; Every Time I Die, Abandon All Ships, Stick To Your Guns, Protest the Hero and Stray From the Path as well as one of last year's winners of the "Ernie Ball Battle of the Bands" earning them a slot on the 2013 Toronto Warped Tour.

Pairing their catchy, chaotic tunes with a boisterous, entertaining and intense live show, Partycat have without doubt become one of the most buzzed about bands in the independent scene. Most recently, the band has partnered up with indie label Young Heart Music for a re-release of "9 Lives" as well as the cassette version, released by New Wave Tapes. 

In support of the re-release, Partycat finished 2013 with a Cross Canada Tour (November 2013) and have ventured out to the east coast in early 2014.  With western Canada tour and the US up next on the touring schedule, Partycat do not plan to slow down.
