Peter's Shadow

Peter's Shadow was formed in the fall of 2006. Nathan Storey and Rick Mcmahon met at youth group, became friends and discovered that they had the same passion for music. Later they met Travis Price and Will Chacon, the pair being partners in crime since high school whom later become music majors at University of North Carolina at Wilmington (UNCW). The four became Peter's Shadow. P.S. has experienced some changes in the lineup and Jud Smith has joined the band, adding a new sound to the band. Shortly after a few months of preparation, Peter's Shadow was in the studio recording their first album, "The Take A Minute EP", along with playing live shows in their home town of Wilmington, NC. Peter"s Shadow has also won a battle of the bands held at UNCW, and has open for former members of regional touring band Willie and Me. They have also been fetured on The Beat magazine and their album has been reviewed on The Beat and upcoming on The Encore magazine. Another achievement of P.S. is that they've made it as semi-finalists at Disc Makers "IMWS". Gaining popularity in town and "online", they are starting to tour in North Carolina and working on an east coast tour. A band with a passion for music that goes beyond just playing shows or recording, our love for Jesus Christ brings inspiration to our music. We hope that you can listen and hear something more than your typical rock band. A little more progressive than your pop but just as catchy, our music comes with a message which is one aspect that sets us apart from the rest while our stage energy is phenomenal. As we continue to play in our home town of Wilmington and surrounding areas, we hope to connect with people and create relationships that can further us as musicians and you as fans. We are excited to see how things progress in the future.
