Prodigee is a great sounding Pop - Rock band from Miami Florida
Featuring fresh sounding vocals of Clarissa. All the band sounds
hot and very tight. Doing all original music that is very current.
They will be good for any age audience. The band also stars in
a new TV series Clarissa’s World. They also write songs that teens
can relate to in their daily life. I would recommend this band
and their music to everyone of every age.

Hello, I'm Newell Bate.
I've worked with many major artist's recording live. Ive also produced perform or written thousands of songs by now.
I am the lucky person to record produce and play with rock group Prodigee
first of all prodigee are carrying the hard rock (all influences) torch.
Although they are new to the studio they have quickly adapted to the demands of modern recording.
Not only adapted by but excelled at pulling off a heavy no BS sound from modern recording gear.
The songs are so strong i would listen to the master session in loop mode for at least 20plays and still want to hear this band, its that good.
A major thing that happened to me while recording them was< i felt like I was kid again with my elbow on the stage watch zeppelin or jeff back or faces or joan jet the list goes on. This band are really bringing forth a golden age of hard rock and making it totally fresh. They have a special chemistry happening.
One of the best things I can do as a producer most of the time is stay out of their way.
They know what they want and make their statement and thats that, nothing more and nothing less pure Heavy Hard Rock -
Sometimes you can look at a person and there is destiny in their aura. Clarissa radiates success. Her voice will lure you in with it’s sweetness only to surprise you when she rocks a hard edged lyric. She seems demure and quiet, shy and vulnerable but underneath is a powerhouse that’s unleashed when she performs on stage. Her natural range is alto but she weaves emotion into every word she sings, forming visions with her voice.
Clarissa is a performer. Her talent orbits creative realms: artist, dancer, actress, musician and singer. She sounds good with a full band but her most compelling moments come when she’s caught by herself with a mic and a guitar. The intimacy of her presence as a solo artist is breathtaking. A cross between a young Alanis Morissette and Christina Aguilera, Clarissa Humm carries a soulful sweetness that instantly changes the world around you with sultry slides to brazen grabs that demand attention. Claire's love for music began when she was 4 years old and starred in her first musical. It was there that she became addicted to the feeling of being able to perform in front of a new crowd every night and knew that a career in music was for her.
At 10 years old Claire was casted in the remake of Cinderella starring Davy Jones of the monkeys. During which Davy discovered that Claire had never been to Disney World and paid for her trip there where he invited her on stage to sing " Daydream believer" with him during his Mother's Day concert. On her 13th birthday Claire received her first guitar which she then taught herself how to play by practicing for 4 hours every day in hopes to one day be able to use it to add music to the songs she had begun writing.
After enough practice and cumulating enough original material Claire inspired by artist like Joan Jett, Pat Benatar and No Doubt decided she wanted to start a band. After a lot of playing around town Claire's band gained local Noriety being able to perform at the south Florida fair in west palm beach and winning first place and a recording package in a battle of the bands competition at Church hills pub in Miami. Claire's songwriting ability also landed the band a development deal with green kite records out of Phoenix. Arizona.
In early 2016 Claire decided to leave the band and pursue a solo career due to creative differences. On August 1st 2016 Claire released her first solo EP titled " young". The EP hold 7 songs about love, and being young. She hopes that people hear the songs and it inspires them to be more confident and comfortable with who they are and what they are feeling.
