Lyrics

Let It Go

Written By: Robert Richter

Some people just can’t leave the past behind
Carrying heavy loads way too hard to hide
They don’t understand it’s just too much to tow
And they don’t know when to let it go

Some people hold on to hate
They never figure out that its always too late
Putting too much time into making themselves feel low
And they don’t know when to let it go

Bridge

Sometimes I find myself sinking down
Waking up lying on the ground
My life moves much too slow
When I don’t know when to let it go

Some people worry too much about things they can’t control
And the pain hits them right into their soul
Like falling into a deep dark hole
And they don’t know when to let it go
