"Review of a show in Germany"

English translation:

"He (Craig Burton) particularly got large support from the saxophonist Roby Edwards, with high-flying solos and breathless sound cascades that inspired the public."

"Bluesstaion.fr review of Roby"

Roby "SUPERSAX" EDWARDS (USA)

English Translation:
Originating in Pittsburgh, Pa, he is incontestably one of the worthy
heirs to the honkers and other screamers of the Fifties. Roby Edwards talented saxophonist, hard blowing honker with the attention grabbing riffs, with polished smoothness, is able to interpret almost all the styles. - Bluesstaion.fr

"Reveiw of Southern Blues Night in Heerlen, Netherlands"

www.rootsville.be:
"Meanwhile in the Rabo-theatre another party got pretty wild. When I came in, Roby Supersax Edwards was laying on his back in the audience already for some minutes, soloing on his sax together with Dutch/Belgian The Big Four. For over an hour we got some tasty Jive, Swing and Rock'n'Roll. The seats in the house remained almost empty because everybody preferred to stand or dance in the pathways. The audience was brought to the boiling point and Mr. Supersax enjoyed it to the max."

"Reveiw of Southern Blues Night in Heerlen, Netherlands"

"The standard of the festival was fairly high, but some artists definatly stand out. One of those is The Big Four Quintet who, for this show, are backing up for Roby 'Supersax' Edwards. The Big Four Quintet opens the show with some of their known songs and with some songs of their soon to be released new album. After a short while Roby 'Supersax' joins in igniting the show completely. The audience in their comfy red pluche chairs has a bit of a wait-and-see attitude but is overwhelmed by a wall of sound. It's going to soul, blues, jazz and it's very infectious. A supershow by the band and 'Supersax'." - www.bluesbreeker.nl

"Concert Review in Holland"

Dutch Newspaper "Dagblad De Limburger":
"The Big Four was joined for this occasion by the American saxophone-player Roby Supersax Edwards. Not that this band, who delivered the world class record 'The Congregation Sessions' needs it, but the flamboyant Edwards surely gave their Jazz- and Rhythm'n'Blues-driven show an extra value with his enthusiast performance".
