"On-Air Song Review"

DJ Crier – “I must say, if this came on the radio, I would be turning it up. It’s really infectious! Sid, what do you think, as a radio presenter?”
Sid – “Absolutely, I couldn’t agree with you more, DJ Crier. You know, this is one of those songs that just gets better and better and better each time you hear it. The first time I heard it, I thought it was quite good. Now, I think it’s an excellent track. And to be honest with you, so much better than some of the stuff you hear in the charts nowadays. Good luck to them today. I hope Scrapyard Lullaby wins!” - Fame Games Radio

"Listener Review"

Listener Amy from Essex – “Oh my God, sooo sexy, cool voice! It sound old, but then again, it’s fresh. I loved this! It should be in the charts.” - Fame Games Radio

"YellowHouseBlog Performance Review"

“Passion would be the word I could use to describe Scrapyard Lullaby. That, and the voices are silkier than milk chocolate.  Combine the two and you get a very crafted performance that has genuine written all over it.  Very lyrical in nature, you won't find a trite spirit in these songs.” - YellowHouseBlog

Bio

Start off by picking 3 good friends with extra musicality to spare. Add some super-singable melodies and lyrics, then stir in a ton of vocal ability. Bake for an hour at 450 degrees, and this is what you get! Scrapyard Lullaby is a three piece band fronted by Chris Hudgins and Hannah Jackson. “It’s so nice to work with friends who are of the same mind and heart,” Chris says of his band mates Mike and Hannah Jackson. “You don’t come across genuine people often who’ve placed music higher than just a hobby.”

The flavor and chemistry are just right – Alton Brown would be proud.

Coming from two different performing acts, Chris and the Jacksons found a new sound while performing together for several shows in a row. “I would dabble in his set, and he would come sing in ours during the course of the show, and we found that there was just something really special about how our voices worked together,” Hannah tells of how the group was formed.

If you were lucky enough to experience that series of shows, you’ll agree there’s definitely a MAGIC that happens there. But there’s no time like the present to encounter the sound!
