"Prescription for Heart Condition /A Man For All Seasons Delivers Music For All Reasons By: Carol U. Ozemhoya"

Solomon Bozeman is equally adept whether performing for international dignitaries or children of all ages. No matter, his delivery remains heartfelt, entertaining and filled with the spirit of God, whether performing a secular song or gospel goodie. With more than 25 years of experience, Bozeman is widely recognized as a talented musician, songwriter, producer, director and performing artist. He has received awards from SONY to Billboard for songwriting and producing, and has worked with such talents as Ozzie Davis and Ruby Dee, poet Nikki Giovanni, jazz greats Sonny Rawlins and Roy Ayers, R&B’s Improp2, Ayanna Gregory, notable gospel artists Virtue, Rizen, Dr. Leonard Scott, the Mississippi Mass Choir, Grammy and Dove nominated
producer Brian Hardin, Dorothy Norwood, William Becton and Brent
Jones, among many others.

Bozeman has much to brag about, yet he remains humble, gracious and
quick to give credit to a higher power. “I am motivated by God to play music and write music that people will enjoy,” the military veteran tells BRE from his home base in Florida. “Music is a conduit to God. Music has the power to transform and bless people to grow and be better. It’s power that God has placed on this earth and if everyone used it right, it would be a blessing to everyone.”
A self-taught musician, Bozeman credits the church for his early introduction to music, but over the years he has also been called upon to write for jazz and R&B artists as well. “I also write love songs… between a man and a woman. My music is basically leaving people with hope. Through song you can communicate with people. I can play traditional gospel music, contemporary gospel and other music that God has given me.”

His biggest joy, however, is performing, and he’s done so all
over the world. “It’s what God has placed in my heart over the
years,” he explains. “I have trained other musicians, but I get a
lot of joy from performing and seeing how people respond. I know
people really enjoy what I do because I am treated like a king…
it’s a blessing to me that I am doing the right thing.”

Bozeman has toured with the Very Best Of Black Gospel, has
served as musical director for the Harlem Gospel Choir and
also with his own group, Seraphim Worship and Praise (SWP).
He has toured all over, from Japan, France, Switzerland and
the Mediterranean to Italy, France, Spain, Bosnia, Hungary,
the United Kingdom, Ireland, Switzerland, Malta, Belgium and
South American countries like Brazil, Argentina and Uruguay.
Some of his fondest memories come from when he was touring
France with his band Seraphim. “We did a tour through the whole
country. We ended up in Cognac where fans screamed, ‘We love you!’ And when I performed at Cannes, a millionaire paid for my whole crew for dinner, reserving the whole restaurant in the hotel for my whole crew--not just me and band members, but everyone that was part of
our team.” Bozeman’s latest project is called Heart Condition distributed through the Tate Music Group and available through their website at tatepublishing.com and at Amazon.com. Geared towards gospel or inspirational, the songs are about relationships between people as well and are easy crossover potential for urban AC radio formats. “Open Door,” in particular is a breezy cut currently impacting radio that could fit urban AC radio as well as the Christian/Gospel arena, where radio efforts are focused right now, explains Bozeman. “I wrote the title track about my beautiful wife, Rosalind Diane Chism Bozeman, ‘cause she means so much to me. Loving her with all my heart,” prompted the title, he says. “The album is “about my life and how people deal with me and my relationship with the Lord,” explains the eclectic artist whose personal playlists include music from artists such as Mary Mary, Quincy
Jones, Luther Vandross, Fred Hammond, the Spinners’ Phiippe
Wynne, Earth Wind & Fire, Nat King Cole and Kirk Franklin.
Credited with bringing a fresh new sound to gospel, the
ordained minister was described by Cleveland radio announcer
Mark Anthony as delivering music that is “bright and positive.
You must play and listen to the music and talent of this artist.
The world will hear and be blessed.”

"Taxi"

Critquing the song titled, "Jesus, He Arose" commented "enjoyed listening to the song and found the textures of the vocals interesting. The way the director spoke to the singers was subtle yet effective. The lead female vocalist was just wonderful and the SWP singers were passionate...sure this song will be terrific in live performance.. like the R&B melody with its very cool jazz chord changes. This song's style is contemporary black gospel. Again, this song is good and the production and musicianship are excellent!" - Taxi an A&R Company

"Message Music Group - Recommendations"

Re: Solomon Bozeman and Seraphim Worship and Praise
Dear Kendal:
I’m sending you a letter of recommendation for Solomon Bozeman and Seraphim Worship & Praise project and the single (Send Him On Down). I had the pleasure of working with Pastor Bozeman on that track and a few others and found a very unique talent in his writing abilities. This International pastor and ministry have traveled the world spreading the gospel to places most ministries have never been. His music needs to be published worldwide and his songs will one day become standard praise songs in many churches.
