STASH is a vibrant blend of Reggae, Hip-hop, Funk, a bit of Rock for good measure, & some Jam to ride it on out.
Our influences, to name a few, include:
Reggae - Bob Marley & the Wailers, Toots & the Maytals, Yellowman, Burning Spear, Black Ohuru, Matisyahu, Phyllis Dylon, Clint Eastwood, Peter Tosh
Hip-Hop - A Tribe Called Quest, the Roots, N.E.R.D., Ice Cube, Dr. Dre & Snoop Doggy Dogg, Wu-Tang Clan, the Fugees, Jurassic 5, Beastie Boys
Funk, Rock, Jams - Parliament Funkadelic, Phish, the Grateful Dead, 311, Sublime, Primus, Jimi Hendrix
STASH has spent the last 3 years building up a solid following in the midwest throughout Michigan, Illinois (Chicago), Indiana, and Ohio, with high hopes of expanding their fanbase to as far as it will possibly reach.
