Bio

The Nameless' music has been described as "unique and from the heart." With an alternative sound that everyone enjoys, a constant need for perfection, over the top energy and passion, they bring in audiences from all influences into their own. With a sound that everyone can enjoy and a passion for music and loving people, The Nameless is a must for any event and will leave you wanting more.

Basically we are just 5 ordinary guys from Moscow, Idaho striving for something bigger than ourselves. We want people to strive for something bigger as well and that is the underlying message of our music.
With influences from bands such as Anberlin and Coldplay, The Nameless strives to be a band that anyone can listen to and are able to relate to by combining hard rock guitar riffs with pop style vocals, synth leads, ambient overtones and driving drum beats.

Ryan Asker has a voice that will shake today's generation. Whether it's singing a beautiful ballad or stepping up the intensity for songs like" Let it Out", Ryan's melodic tones cut through and enhance any sound.

David Fuller mastered the guitar when he was very young and has had many influences since; such as hard-core band Killswitch Engage and alternative bands such as Anberlin. David brings to the band a harder guitar that blends impressively well with melodic overtones of The Nameless' music.

Chris Lowe, lead guitarist, picked up the guitar years ago and never put it down, literally. His countless hours of concentration and practice have made him the talented guitar player he is today. While members of the band call it obsessive compulsive, they are very excited about the creativeness and the alternative sound Chris adds to the band.

On the drums is Jason Oliveira. Jason has always had a passion for drumming. Jason can play any style of music you ask of him and will master it. He never runs out of great ideas that will drive any song right into the crowd.

Danny Botkin is a high energy solo artist that The Nameless befriended and recently added to the band as the bass player. He grooves on the bass while he impresses the crowd with his extreme moves and good looks.
The Nameless started out as three kids playing music together in elementary school marching bands, jazz bands and concert band. Having all attended the same church since they were young, they knew each other well and eventually all joined the church worship band. Lead guitar player Chris and drummer Jason, being brothers, have always pushed each other to excel musically. After high school, Ryan Asker (lead vocals and keys) attended Teen Mania's Honor Academy in Texas where he began writing songs and learning more about music. When he returned he joined the brothers, Chris and Jason, and the three began playing together mainly covering others songs. Eventually becoming tired of other bands' songs the Nameless formed. The three began working on their first album and released their first E.P. "N.E.P." that features their hit single Let it Out which has had some airplay on local radio station Border 104.3 FM. In February '09 they added guitar player David Fuller, a mutual friend of the band from Southern Idaho. Recently they added Danny Botkin, a solo artist who had opened for the band a couple of times, as the bass player and their e.p. "N ep" was released on Itunes.

The Nameless also recently had the opportunity of opening for Tooth N' Nail labeled band Ivoryline in November of 2009.
