"The Minute of Change!!!!"

The slow intro adds so much depth to the song that's incredible. It gives me chill pumps when I hear it. The guitar(s) at this spot really get a chance to shine or show off either way you put it they do an excellent job with the minute intro. The slow talking voice is also a BIG hit with me being different is one of the many things I love about musick. I like how the singer who has an amazing voice I might add sings for a minute then it goes back to guitar(s) and what not. The guitar(s) again are excellent never missing a beat. Then after another minute the vocalist starts singing again this minute thing is really original who ever thought that up is pure genius. The lyrics for the song are awesoem but, the way they're sung is what I like the most about this song. I came into this song expecting fast paced shredding and that's all that I wanted but, after hearing this song I want all my GB songs to be like this one. Everything about this song is incredible all the instruments, (I didn't say much about the instruments because I didn't know what all was being played) the vox, every little thing from the intro to the outro this song is flawless a five definantly.

Bio

Our band is BattleScars. We call it so because our songs always come from the heart, and though they may not be true events, they always stem from something that has directly effected us. We are not a fake band out for glory, We write songs about what we feel and we do it for us. We started in math class (grade 11), when my friend Colin passed me some incomplete lyrics he wrote. I wrote a few lyrics to follow and passed it back. From then on we were making music together. The first complete song we wrote together was Life's A Bitch. And from there we went on to write our fist album The Great Depression. We named it so because the songs were written when we were both dealing with sad times. We recorded it on Colin's home computer and therefore quality and performance is very low. Also we did not have a drummer at the time so there are no drums. but we will record it properly soon. Right now we are trying to play gigs but are troubled with all having to work and 2 of us are going to college also. That leaves very little time for practice, nevermind booking and playing gigs. Just newly added to the line up is Chris (a drummer Craig met at college) he's really excited to start really pounding out some songs and jump into some shows in the area
