Here's a testimony from Sonicbids band Metro4, who played the festival in 2009:

"Talk about a dream come true! Not only was Sarnia Bayfest was a beautiful site to play, right by the water, but we were treated super well as soon as we got there and all throughout. The crowd of 20,000 was right into it, making us give everything we got on stage. Meeting Our Lady Peace and See Spot Run was awesome! It's hard to explain how amazing it felt to walk on that huge stage, full of lights, amps, fog machines and the crew. It was just like we were stepping into a spaceship! Can't wait to do it again! We LOVED Bayfest!"
