The Deli Magazine - Best LA Emerging Artists of 2011 Poll

The Deli Magazine/Website (the #1 blog focused on local indie scenes) is searching for the best emerging artists based in the city of angels. The Top 3 bands will be featured on the cover of The Deli's Spring issue. Four Sonicbids artists are guaranteed to be selected, interviewed and featured on TheDeliMagazine.com’s LA scene blog. Last year's winners were Local Natives.

The Top three bands will be featured on the cover of The Deli's Spring issue. Last year's winners were Local Natives, who went on to conquer the world in 2010 - here's the pdf of last year's Best of LA issue. There will be also other prizes from their sponsors (including BMI, Shure, PreSonus and SoundToys).

The Deli Magazine is a daily updated website covering 10 local music scenes - the LA and NYC scenes are also covered through two separate quarterly print publications.



Founded in 2004, The Deli has been since then given exposure to thousands of local, quality emerging artists including Grizzly Bear (featured on the cover of the first issue in 2004,) Freelance Whales and Bear in Heaven (2nd and 3rd in last year's Best of NYC poll), Matt and Kim, Vivian Girls, The National and many more.
