Bio

Bill Bozly

Bill Bozly is a budding singer/songwriter from the Pacific Northwest that brings to the table over eighteen years of performance experience in Europe and North America in nearly every genre of popular music. Whether he is playing subtle guitar melodies in an R & B septet or laying down gut pounding funky grooves on a five string bass while fronting a power trio, one thing is for certain, it will be done with heart and the audience will know it.
The latest path of his musical journey has taken Bill back to the basics of the acoustic guitar, his favorite songwriting tool. His latest offering is an original acoustic masterpiece entitled “Drawing Board” that finds him exploring not only the inner depths of his musicality (he played every note on it) but also the revealing inner monologue of a troubled, yet brutally honest lyricist. His layered guitar and piano soundscapes provide a soothing melodic backdrop for his powerful baritone voice which will sweep your mind away and make you forget where you are. Every song on the album is a journey all on its own, with its own distinctive personality and flavor that you will find yourself wanting to taste over and over again.
Bill plans to play as many shows as possible this year in hopes of spreading his positive message to as many people as he can. His live show is nothing short of awe-inspiring. Audiences are amazed at the way he effortlessly creates loops of rhythmic melodies that allow him to sing and improvise like a well oiled music machine right before your eyes. Where most musicians just try to get through material without making a mistake, Bill strives to make each piece that he plays a miniature religious experience leaving the audience with a new awareness and appreciation of what one man can do with a guitar and a microphone.
