"Now that the smoke has cleared"

If you want to see funny on stage, make your way to whereever this guy is. Bryan McCree (from Flint, Mich) Has been working clubs for over 20 years and his hard work has it's payoff for the audience everytime he performs. He is smart, quick, personable, engaging and likeable ...and that's how he is off stage! Oh, ya, he happens to be black, too. Run... don't walk... to any club where he is appearing.

"These remarks were made in response to the flap over Michael Richard's usage of the N-word at the Laugh Factory in Los Angeles, Ca." - The Huffington Post

"Check out Bryan McCree"

Living in two worlds: McCree's wife, Marcia, is white. They have three children - Jacob, Bryan II and Camille. The mixed race family provides fodder for his stand-up act. (McCree performs all over the country), but also can make for some uneasy moments when the family goes out to dinner. "You know in a way it's sad because as a biracial couple you get to see the hatred and racism in this community first-hand, almost on a daily basis. On the flip side of that, ignorance is almost always funny. Being an interracial family can also be complicated at Thanksgiving. Just the menu alone. You know...stuffing versus dressing, collard greens versus green beans, rock versus powder. You don't know what to serve." - the Flint Journal

"University of Dayton"

On August 27, 2004 the Campus Activities Board at the University of Dayton sponsored comedian Bryan McCree to preforn at an on campus theater. This free event filled the theatre and was attended by nearly four hundred students whose reception of McCree was very positive.

Bryan McCree's performance could be described as both personalized and entertaining. McCree took his knowledge about the Dayton community and the surrounding area and incorporated it into his act. His performance was extremely upbeat and engaging and seemed to please the majority of the audience. In addition to a great performance, McCree was very personable and easy to work with. He was generous with his time in talking to students before and after the show and was quite easy to please.

I encourage anyone looking for a campus event to consider Bryan McCree. This highly entertaining, active and enjoyable show is sure to please a wide variety of attendes. Bryan is a pleasure to work with. Please contact me for any further information.

"Reference letter-National league of Postmasters"

July 2, 2008

Mr. Bryan McCree

I am writing this letter with two thoughts in mind.

One, to say thank you so very much for your excellent comedy routine that was presented to the National League of Postmasters at there Michigan State Convention in Marquette Ml on June 19th• This routine was not a typical one; it was in a family setting and needed to be tweaked just a bit to fit the crowd. In a matter of minutes with just talking with you a little bit you were able to adjust your routine to fit our group and had everyone laughing and in joyful tears before you were finished. I would just like to say, "Thank you for being so pleasant and accommodating with us."

Two, I would like to also say that I would certainly give you a very good recommendation to anyone that might ask if we enjoyed your

routine ... You bet we did! It was funny, entertaining and you worked very well with us to accommodate our needs and the group that you were speaking with.

Thank you so much for an enjoyable night to remember!

Bio

Dont forget the name because youll be screaming it in the morning! This comedic act will astound you with his astute observations on life which are on the edge and simply hilarious. Bryan's life is the epitome of diversity. Caught between two worlds, one black, one white. The two worlds collide in a hilarious romp of attempting to decipher black slang, and trying to fit in with white family members and neighbors. Their antics are brought to life right before your eyes.

Born into a show business family performing is in his genes. His Father a jazz virtuoso, his Great Aunt a Broadway legend, his Mother the best damn cosmetology instructor ever to wear a smock. Legend has it that she was responsible for giving her son the first jherri curl in american history, but that's a whole other story.

Bryan is a nationally known comedian, seen on Mad TV, Comedy Central and most recently Comic's Unleashed with Byron Allen. In 2006 Bryan earned honors as a best of NBC's Stand UP For Diversity finals. (One of ten hand picked comedians from all over the country) He has shared the stage with the likes of Sinbad, George Wallace, and the Isley Brothers. He has a natural charm on stage, and his infectious giggle often incites laughter among the masses. His natural acting talent shows through in his act, as he plays his funniest character: Himself.
