We can't thank Slimpocket enough for making this event a smashing success! Slimpocket was professional and easy to work with. We look forward to working with them again!"

"There's alliteration and great sounds from this band billed as "4R music" of rap, reggae, rock, and R&B. Slimpocket - also described as six musicians with six different backgrounds - performs original music delivered by vocalist Jahganot, keyboardist Jeff Goldman, guitarist Goody, bassist Tom (a.k.a. 2%), drummer Saeed, and vocalist Rexi 45. On the band's website, Rexi's rap-style lyrics are described as calling out "the fraud and unrest of today's . . . politics of fear and lies." Let's check back with him in a few months to see if the new administration has changed his tune."

"Found some great artists on Sonicbids this past year: Silver Seas, Koufax, slimpocket to name a few." - About.com
Slimpocket's new single, "Got
Something to Say", puts a great
selection of guitar and vocal
melodies into the new local
reggae scene. It's edgy and
emotional while completely
cool and laid back. Slimpocket is informed with a smart message. Please play this track! - WBRS.org 100.1FM Waltham/Boston

Bio
Slimpocket. Six musicians with six different backgrounds writing a common music for the people. The end result is 4R music...Rap, Reggae, R&B and Rock. The songs are catchy and smooth, and contain a depth and meaning not often found in the mainstream. The music is real and honest.
