The Kerplunks Bio
Dinah D and Tina Jones are joined by their friends Phil Wipper and Aaron Cadwaladr, making The Kerplunks a four-piece live band! The Kerplunks play catchy tunes guaranteed to get kids engaged, singing along and joining in on the actions. Between these four musicians, they play over a dozen instruments, both live and on their award winning recording. The Kerplunks are committed to educating kids through musical creativity and pursuing a a career in music.
The Kerplunks have been busy playing some of Canada's finest music festivals and touring schools. Along with touring, Dinah and Tina teach a popular preschool program on Gabriola Island, B. C. called "Melody Makers". The popularity of this program grew, thus The Kerplunks were born. The Kerplunks have been called Canada's hippest Children's Entertainers!
Along with their award winning first album, The Kerplunks have recently released their second album "Walk On"! Kids all over the world are enjoying their high energy music! The Kerplunks' CDs are available in stores and online at http://cdbaby.com/cd/kerplunks .

Instrumentation
Dinah D and Tina Jones are joined by their friends Phil Wipper and Aaron Cadwaladr, making The Kerplunks a four-piece band! The Kerplunks play catchy tunes guaranteed to get kids engaged singing along and joining in on the actions.
Dinah plays the upright bass, banjo, and really belts it out! She also plays the kazoo like a mad-woman!
Tina plays the trumpet, trombone, clarinet, baritone and also sings. Watch out for when she busts a rhyme, yo!
Phil plays the drums and sings along.
Aaron plays the acoustic guitar, makes great faces, and also sings along.

The Kerplunks first multi-award-winning 14 song, self-titled album called "The Kerplunks.
