Biography:
Rose C. Belk is a recording artist, songwriter and minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Rose is anything, but the ordinary gospel artist rather a minstrel of God’s presence.
Rose, a native of Charlotte, North Carolina, began singing as a small child and gave her life to Christ at the age of twelve. The youngest of eight children, Rose was most impressed by the love God has shown her. Her parents were very instrumental in this impression and encouraging Rose to use her God-given talent of singing to His Glory. From this, Rose recognized her foundation in Christ and her gift to sing.
Rose cultivated her gift, by singing throughout the East Coast. Rose is a former member of the Praise & Worship team at Victory Christian Center (VCC) in Charlotte, NC, where she has been an active member for 25 years. She now, serves as the Director of the VCC Young Adult Praise Team.
Rose has opened for Helen Baylor and Phil Driscoll and sang at many conferences, churches, conventions and other special events. Rose is the recipient of the Bank of America and Cultural Calendar’s Heritage award for “Vocal Performance.” In 2000, she released her first CD, “My Song of Praise.” Rose ministered with Ron Kenoly when she participated as a choir member for his Christmas video shoot.
The pure sound of Rose C. Belk’s anointed voice has brought many into the very presence of God. You will be moved by Rose’s new release, Simply Rose- Nothing but Praise. Rose makes herself available for conferences, conventions, special events and even Sunday Morning Worship. She also teaches Praise and Worship to congregations, praise teams and praise team leaders. Rose can customize her services to your needs.
